North Gaia is located in Yishun, District 27. Transport options include Yishun MRT and the future North-South Corridor – the proposed expressway that will connect the city to the northern region. Construction for the North-South Corridor began in 2018 and is slated to be completed in 2027. Once completed, it is estimated to cut travel time for commuters. Residents at North Gaia can expect to benefit greatly with dedicated bus lanes, cycling trunk routes and pedestrian paths that will connect them from as far up north in Sembawang all the way down to Singapore’s city centre & East Coast.
